About this list

Unofficial public reference. Compiled by EveryVotes from the “Contacts and addresses of Resident Electoral Commissioners nationwide” page of an Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) publication. The publication date is not shown on that page. EveryVotes is not affiliated with INEC and does not warrant that every posting or number is current.

Commissioners are reassigned and their tenures end. If a number does not connect, contact the state INEC office at the address shown, or INEC headquarters through inecnigeria.org. Spotted an error? Tell us.

REC = Resident Electoral Commissioner, INEC’s most senior official in each state. Where no REC was in post, the list names the Administrative Secretary.
